The Residential Project Za.hraďák is a place you’ll love coming back to after a busy day in the city center. For the welcoming environment. For the cozy home atmosphere. For your family. The project will offer a total of 16 apartment buildings with approximately 1,000 apartments. In the first stage of construction we are preparing 3 apartment buildings with 281 flats. We offer spaces with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk including several duplexes. Almost all apartments include a balcony, terrace or front garden, parking space and cellar.
