To make financing your new home as easy as possible, we’ve simplified the entire process into four easy steps.

Choosing and purchasing a property is a significant life decision that requires ample time to consider. That’s why we offer a non-binding verbal reservation, during which the apartment will not be offered to anyone else, giving you three days to make your decision at your own pace.

If you decide to proceed with the purchase within these three days, we will prepare a reservation agreement for you. Upon signing the agreement, you will pay a reservation fee of 50,000 CZK. This fee is due within five days of signing the agreement and will later be applied toward the total purchase price.

From the day we contact you to sign the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract, you have one month to complete the signing. At this stage of the purchase process, you will pay the first 15% of the purchase price (minus the reservation fee), which is due within 10 days of signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract.

The remaining 85% of the purchase price is paid after the project’s occupancy approval and before signing the purchase contract. Once the full purchase price has been settled, we will sign the purchase contract together. If the property is financed through a mortgage, the process involves the payment of your own funds, signing of the mortgage agreements, disbursement of the mortgage loan, and is concluded with the signing of the purchase contract.
